How long will my lawsuit take?
Lengths of lawsuits vary on a case-by-case basis. Many cases are settled within a few months of representation, while others could take much longer. Factors that could affect the length of a lawsuit include type of case, complexity of lawsuit, type of injuries, length of trial, and willingness to settle by both parties. Remember, most cases never make it to trial but if they do, we have extensive trial experience.

When should I hire a lawyer?
If you are going to hire an attorney, it is to your benefit to hire an attorney immediately. You need to protect your rights. There is a Statute of Limitations on almost every type of case out there. The longer you wait, the less time your attorney will have to gather evidence and witness testimony. If you think you need an attorney, call me.
